1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for any service, information product, or physical good from DrinkHub, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Service Offerings

DrinkHub provides automated hydration systems installation, maintenance, and monitoring services. Details for each service will be presented at the time of order.

3. Information Products

Digital hydration guides, training manuals, and related materials are delivered electronically after purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Hydration devices, dispensers, and accessories are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least seven days before its start date, you may request a refund. Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within ten business days. You may reschedule a service once at no extra charge if you notify us at least three days in advance. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the service date are not eligible for a refund due to preparation commitments.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund for any digital guide within fourteen days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the product. Once a download is initiated, the product becomes non-refundable. Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within ten business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may request a refund for delivered goods within thirty days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is credited back to your original method of payment within ten business days. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

5.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Certain custom orders, special installations, or urgent service requests may be designated as non-refundable due to the specific resources and preparations required. Such items and services will be clearly identified as non-refundable before purchase.
